Refund policy

At College Dayz Merch we hope that you will always love your purchase, but we understand that things happen. If you receive your item and it does not fit as you imagined or not exactly what you wanted, send us an email (collegedayzmerch@gmail.com) and we will get it resolved. All return requests must be made within 14 day of you receiving the product to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. The item must also be in perfect condition with all tags still on it.

If you receive the item and it has physical damage contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. When you reach out, include images of the damages and we can discuss if you would like to make a return or exchange the item for a new one. We do our best to make sure all items are in perfect condition before they are sent out but sometimes little mistakes get by us!
